Chaos Vector - Demiurge Chaos Vector's debut, Eskhaton was a solid piece of industrial darksynth. I thought it was a solid debut from a promising new artist. The atmosphere was thick, mechanical, brooding, and menacing. It definitely captured the cyber-apocalypse mood the album was aiming towards. It did have its flaws, however. It was a bit monotonous and repetitive. It mainly played with one idea throughout the song and the ideas between each song didn't vary too much. Don't let that dissuade you from listening to Eskhaton , though. It's still very good. Demiurge sees Chaos Vector expanding his sound in the best way possible. The production is better. It's thicker, richer, and fuller. The rythm section seems to have more boom. Everything blends together quite nicely and loudly. For heavy darksynth, this is suitable and even excellent.
